I lost .6 kg.. i'm really happy with that considering what i ate and drank on the weekend.Next week will be a good indication of how this will work for me as my plan is to stick to it like glue.The only problem i have is being able to eat all the points i'm allowed.I am getting to the end of the day with 10 points left over and absolutely no appetite.I'm eating well, have stopped my coffee and am on to green chai tea with the tiniest bit of no fat milk.I don't eat bread,i don't have a sweet tooth,and the salad and veges i love are on the free list.The biggest change for me has been the meat and cream intake(leftover from the atkins diet).Im eating tuna instead, and have dropped the cream altogether,huge difference.I have also noticed that i don't "graze" anymore.The counting points has made me very aware of where my weight gain came from. Im a happy girl today..
