For the first time in thirty-four years, I will ring in the new year at my goal weight...in the 120's! Overall pretty excited by that, but feeling uneasy by this void of not ramping up to some new diet plan. A whole bunch of silly to process and dismiss.
My goal for 2016 is to continue to educate myself and maintain my weight; staying within 3# up/down range.
