I have edited my weight loss goal for my new little mission. I am hoping to reach 90 kgs before wednesday morning (or rather, Tuesday night). I hate that I am back on the "green ticker", but maybe that'll motivate me to stick to it and do better than ever before. This is a tough one to reach, one one hand not really that necessary, but on the other hand SO cool if I can pull it off. So I am trying. :)
Another nice, big weight loss brings me forward on my super special mission. I have the goal of losing yet another 4.2 kgs before last weigh in Wednesday morning, celebrating my one year anniversary losing weight. I am so close, but sudden gain and (I assume) water retention has kinda pushed me off the beaten path, and I am FIGHTING my way back to reach my goal of losing 65 kgs before one year. Actually, my goal was reached a long time ago. My initial goal was to lose 45 kgs in one year, so trying to reach 65 is just me being a show-off - but hey if I can show off like this I most definitely will! :)
Today I lost 700 grams, and that is perfect if I look at what I need to drop on average to make it for Wednesday. Being both a nerd and a dork, I keep spreadsheets at work with all my numbers from the entire weight loss journey, and I can of course easily calculate statistics and averages. I need to lose about 600 grams per day on average for the next week to make it. It's a tough mission, but not impossible if my suspicion is correct that it's just water retention. I just need to do right, eat better quality foods and drink tons of water. So far it's working. We'll see if it will keep working - keep your fingers crossed for me, will you?
Yesterday I was rocking with the kids at my Band Creation class. Some cool new kids showed up, and we're starting to play Smoke On The Water. A classic rock tune, easy to approach and soooo cool for the kids to play.
