Well, it looks like I have managed to keep the same weight since May. I am surprised and impressed, since I have not done anything to try to better my health or exercise in almost 6 months. I don't like this number, but at the same time I am glad to know it's not any higher. Now to find a routine to lower the number with my busy schedule. Wish me luck.
