I put my calories up an extra 300 from the beginning of my third trimester. Picked up another 2kgs (1kg a week since my last weigh in)... This brings my total weight gain up to 10kgs during my pregnancy. Should I be freaking out... because Im freaking out. I only wanted to pick up 500g per week, best I stay away from all that chocolate I have been craving **eeek*** still 10 weeks to go - need... self... control.... hahaha

Listen to Nicki , don't even worry about weight as long as your Dr say you healthy and no complications enjoy , you will anyway lose like 10kg just so when you give birth , I've gained 18kgs and my eating was bad, really bad and not cravings its like I want to vomit if i see healthy food and I'm like a health freak , anyway 4 months later and I was less than my weight before pregnancy, I started exercise after my 6 weeks walking and light weights. enjoy the last 3 months and keep cool if you in South Africa Cape town side specially in this heat.

Thanks guys... Im in Joburg Saige18. It's nice and hot. 30 degrees plus with no wind.... If i said I was dying a slow death I would be lying to you. Im borderline melting... hahah...
