You can do this! On Atkins all you have to do is eat 3cups of salad of leafy green vegetables a day and all the meat that you want. You can have meats, eggs, cheese and salads. The book is going to be a little more specific but for right now since you don't have a lot of time, I am trying to give you the short version of the diet.This is what I did the first time I tried Atkins years ago and I lost 13 to 14lbs in two weeks. This diet works because you never get hungry. If you do get hungry just grab a piece of meat. I would save my salads and my greens for my lunches and dinners to go with my meats. You only need to drink water or purchase the little flavor packets to go in the water. They don't have any carbs, calories, sugar or anything in them. Don't eat any low carb candies for the first two weeks. If you try to watch your calorie and fats while you are on this diet, it's not going to work so just stick to counting the 20 grams of carbs a day and eating your meats.
