Holding steady...but I am ready to do the 9 day detox on Monday (after the Bears Game and Tailgate!) In the spring I did EFS, but I think I am going to try the regular Fat Smash this time and see how it goes. Have a great weekend everyone! GO Bears!

I tried the EFS diet for a week, but I didn't have as much success as I did on the detox phasee of fat smash. The first week I lost 7 pounds, so now after trying EFS I am back on the detox phase. Good Luck to you and hope your team wins.

Good Luck with FS, on Monday - enjoy yourself @ the game. I think I'm having more success w/the EFS than I did w/the FS, but everyone is different and it's what works for them.
