Up at 7:30 as tops today. Med's taken with h2o. Left house about 8am and got to tops at 8:40. Weight was 209.5 down 1 1/2 pounds. Went shopping after tops and got home about 3pm. Had supper and spoke to Judy. Went to spa this pm
