I only lost one pound, but I am still excited about that one pound. Every pound counts, even when it is only one! I am accepting and grateful of that one pound!

Congrats on the loss. No matter how much weight anyone has to lose it comes of an ounce, a pound at a time. Keep it going!

One pound would equal (approx) 4 sticks of butter (fat). When you think about it that way, it puts one pound in to perspective. Great job!

Congrats! That's an awesome loss! Do you have any idea of what 1 pound of body fat looks like if you were to put it in a plate?? You go, girl! :)

Thanks everyone for all of the wonderful encouragement and support! Those small drops (one pound here, another pound there) are definitely starting to add up! The smaller drops are also giving me more motivation to work harder for the next week...so it is always a win-win! :)
