Busy busy week with the half term holiday bringing out the die hard campers last week, also getting ready to leave the site and trying to get to grips with Daughters wedding cake, and get the sugar roses made led to a week of less exercise than of late. Also had a couple of days where I didn't fall off the wagon as such but was surprised to see my carb intake went up unexpectedly, so must be more vigilant over what I am eating or I will be back in the diabetes zone again. I am hoping that after this week when we get home for the winter then things will settle down again and I can get my days organised again. In the meantime Note To self - "Watch that diet"

Daughter's wedding cake?

One of my step daughters is getting married in a couple of weeks. I generally make all the family celebration cakes, it all started over 30 years ago when I made my eldest daughters 1st birthday cake, which led to me setting up my own business, but now I'm back to just family and friends,(don't have enough time to do them professionally nowadays).
