Y002的日记, 2015年10月26日

So, after being away for 6 weeks (maybe more?), my first week back and fasting was good. I didn't weigh myself 'officially' before last week. I didn't want to get 'down' as I'd definitely gained weight... No brainer, of course I would have. There's been lots of pizza and booze. So, weighed myself officially this morning and only .6 up since my last weigh in, in mid-September. I'm hoping to be back down to 73.5kg within a week and from their it's only onwards and upwards (downwards!) Have a happy week everyone.
74.1 公斤 最近减少: 0 公斤.    还有: 2.1 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一星期增加0.1 公斤

Thank you everyone! I appreciate the support. It's funny how 'easy' it was when I was in the 5:2 / IT swing, but once I fell out of it, the thought of it was so hard. MUCH easier in practice - oddly!!
