Being sick SUCKS. I am feeling bad from the flu, my leg hurts because I pulled a muscle, and my back hurts because I compensate for the leg when I try to move around. What else? Oh yeah, I gained a whole kg water weight. :/ Well, that's the only positive thing. WATER weight. I know I did not go over calories yesterday (and a kg would be 7000 more taken in than burnt anyways) so it is NOT fat gain. I am happy I know to think like that, but it still annoys me to see the numbers climb. I think I've mentioned this before? :) Anyways, it's another sick day today, but I need to go out regardless. It's election day in Denmark, and I am so hoping for a change in our government. Bring back the times where people care for each other, where we are not scared of our neighbors and where LIFE IS GOOD! Why? Because life IS good. :) Have a great day everyone.
