Stayed within calorie deficit and Gained 1/2 pound!! Grrr.
Last couple of days have changed weight lifting to less reps with heavier weights so am wondering if the added weight might be muscle. Can feel more muscles in legs.

Omron fat % is lowest morning reading I've had so far! 35.1 %

Acuu measure Skin fold caliper (sacroiliac) reading is 18 mm or 31 % which is unchanged from yesterday.

Wasn't planning to go to gym today but now am thinking I will. Shouldn't obsess over what the scale shows when I know I stayed within my calorie deficit and fat percentage actually went down for first time but I still do! :0
