Well.
At least I am losing weight.
Which is a great motivator to go on. I still have a long way to go as I suspect it may take up to two years to reach my goal weight at this rate. But I am already feeling better: exercise on its own wouldn't have done it, it has to be combined with diet to create a deficit and lose weight. And then there will be the challenge of stabilising the weight once it is reached.

And well done on your weight loss! You've already started setting small goals, think of some other goals you can work towards. As I write this, I'm trying to think of some for myself...
