Still hovering around the same weight. I have some days when I am mindful and others when I throw caution to the wind. But the weather has gotten beautiful, so I'm still walking twice daily. I am going to try my best to continue that habit, except in the event of a hurricane like last weekend.

Made cauliflower popcorn again last night. It's my favorite side dish, but really, it's more like a low-cal snack. Delicious!

12:50pm I have to note an observation about coffee. I had been allowing myself a cup of decaf coffee every night for a while, and then even had a caffeinated cup or 2 daily over the last couple of months. I think that coincided with my having fatigue, irritability, depression. I quit all coffee, even decaf, a few days ago, and now I feel fantastic. My sense of well-being is restored. I have an enormous amount of energy (feel like doing wind sprints) and no crankiness. This is the second time I've gone through kicking the addiction and there's no doubt in my mind that I have a serious problem with caffeine. Gotta stay away from coffee permanently, even decaf.. Wish I didn't love the taste so much. I'm trying to talk my constantly fatigued hubby into giving it up gradually.

I had to give up caffeine entirely last year. I can't say that I don't miss it, especially my favourite kinds of tea, but you adapt. It just takes a bit of time. Don't bash yourself.
