Hi all, doing quite well dropped 4lb since last weigh in. This is 15st and 1lb, this is somehow giving me some will power (never had it before!!!) to get below 15st. Telling myself I am not on a diet just eating healthier, trying to cut out fat, salt and sugar. Main drive on sugar, and I am not missing it. Still have a drink on Saturday night only usually about 300ml. I know someone had a go about dieting and alcohol on my timeline but I am determined not to diet this is a new way of life for me and my Mrs. Anyway what the hell I am no monk and need to live a little not wear sack cloth and ashes. Good luck to all who are grappling with weight loss, just hang in there. Cheers Ash

I understand completely about wanting to have a drink. If all the other carbs and calories aren't excessive, then why not? If this is what you need to still feel like you have some quality of life, then have at it :)
