Up a bit today – but nothing to worry about. Work has started to get really busy again but I am still keeping up with the diet and exercise.

Seeing your weight history, you've got nothing to worry about. There will always be days where we don't lose weight or where we even gain. I have had so many and been so frustrated by them, especially when you get hit by several days right after each other. You're doing great, though, and you'll get a new low weigh in before you know it. :) I noticed that all your journals end with "Be Happy". I like that. All mine end with "Life is good!". :) I really think positive reinforcement works. Smile at life, and life will smile back at you. Keep up the good work, my friend.
