This is a seesaw game at the moment... But something happened yesterday, I am not quite sure what, but all of a sudden I was sweating more than I ever had in our 30min morning workout, got all stiff by afternoon, arms and back were killing me by bed time. Hopefully this means my body has decided to take part in this challenge after all.
Another great workout this morning, but I definitely have to start doing something to strengthen my upper arms.

I am also all of a sudden sweating more than usual... perhaps the summer heat is starting to make an appearance :) And as for arms... you asked for it and Dylan seemed to have answered your prayers... this mornings workout has made it difficult for me to even type this comment :-/ See you at ZUMBA!
