Gotta do it! Gotta get off this plateau, sure the view from here is great....taking a look at how far Ive come...but its frustrating!!! Im kicking it to Phase 1 for a week to see if i can catapult into a losing phase again.
Ive got 2 trips for work coming up in October so Id like to get myself on a downward slide again before being away from home for those trips. Plus I know I would just feel better all around if I could get it going again. Its amazing how much it plays with your mind when you get into a plateau like this!
