Ha! After breakfast, went back to sleep for 1.5 hours as I just didn't sleep long enough and couldn't function. When I got up, I was back to 212! That temporary lb up must have been fluids. Still at 212. Lost an inch on my waist and hip measurements. Looking forward to good hard work out today! Yeah!!
