again, up in an afternoon weight. Tomorrow will be a more realistic wt. I also have had some pizza this week (increased salt). The encouraging thing is that 218.2 (less than 220) is my high weight, not almost 230... Progress. STILL: the most positive change that I am seeing is that I am not craving food. I actually chose cereal without sweetener right now instead of the last piece of cold pizza. I am feeling SATISFIED. Not even really 'full'... but satisfied. And I have not felt one sugar hangover... is the MORINGA really modulating my insulin response to the point that I am not over-producing and causing the sugar crashes in my body w/ the injestion of carbs.... that would be magic all by itself.
