Thinking about starting an AB challenge or a show me your ABS once a week one.

Nice drop! I have strong abs, unfortunately they are covered by a thick layer of fat.

I agree with Cat.. i have a nice jelly roll covering my abs.. i feel lean and mean inside.. just need to work out the fat LETS DO IT ROCKIES ,, count me in !!

I don't usually do challenges but I need to work more in my abs and core so I joined it, should give me more incentive to follow through. Don't know if I'll be showing off my stomach to anyone though, that remains to be seen. But I guess I'll take a before picture just in case, lol. Might need to shave the hair to see any improvement anyway. :)

I've had an ice cube tray as recently as 3 years ago, will do it again. Maybe this is the boost that I need to get out of the 140's. Count me in, RockiesFan!

No shaving required unless you really want too, LMAO here is the challenge name Work those ABS and show them Off so lets have some fun.

Ok Gene, got my before pics taken. But they won't see the light of day unless the after pics show significant improvement.

I have Tyrannosaurus Rex arms...as in skinny...I struggle with 8 lb weights....trainer laughs....so how are we measuring improvement? ..is this a subjective deal? ..like "wow...way bigger" ...or using measuring tapes ...photo shopped arms?

Wow..dude.. I am good with abs...Dianne reads for comprehension...ABS..not arms...sorry... Can max on sit ups...was in the Army in 1976...better now than then..:)
