There is no easy way to lose weight. losing weight is hard work. If your diet is stalling, you simply have got lazy and complacent. You think you're doing enough, but you are filling yourself.

This is why Fatsecret works. It forces you to be honest with yourself about what you have done and what you have eaten.

Be strict with yourself. Don't over eat. keep I your calorie count in the green.

Push yourself. Walk a little but longer, run a little but faster, do a few extra push ups, and add a few more minutes to your work out. Push it a little more every day and the weight will come off.
