I OFFICIALLY SUCK AT MY DIET!! However, I am back on track since yesterday and plan to stick-to-it at least thru the end of the year and beyond. Since I am the only one in the family with a weight problem, there is always junk/fast food being consumed by other family members...which is a severe test to my will power. Sweets are my KRYPONITE!
