again a weight that is in the afternoon: work 12 hour night, sleep, weigh when I wake up in the afternoon. Again, I anticipate that the weight will be down again tomorrow. I also ate cheese last night and a few slices of salami... s a l t ... I need to celebrate big though... Today I weigh in at less than 220, and that is the HI weight in the variable as the scale goes in the downward trend... Used to be it was hard to get under 225. Next mini goal: consistently under 218. (consistently under what my LOW end of the variable is).
