Well hello FS friends; it’s been a while. Scrolling through the feed and decided it’s time to acknowledge the slow creep that’s been happening for the past several months. This is what I weighed a few days ago and it’s close enough. Trying to get back to daily tracking. It was so easy to get out of the habit due to summer trips and other distractions. Anyway, after months and months of no progress at all toward my goal weight now things are headed in the wrong direction. Been here on the weight loss roller-coaster before but this time I’m aware and not going to ignore it. I’m tired of trying and tired of tracking but both are necessary to turn this around. Remembering to be grateful for all my blessings, including the support of this community. ~ RhumbaGirl
