would have been more but ya drinking tea and having a snack at 3am will not help the scale drop specially if its the weigh-in morning.

thank you boys , this was a real clean weekend , my cheat meals was droewors and nuts , thats how clean my weekend. hope I can keep this up for the next 2 months, then i feel the flu is also here to get me down :-(

thats really clean...my weekend was sliiiiightly dirty lol as I went partying but i managed a drop none the less although not recording anything as yet
