Had abit of a heavy week, cooking for other's mainly, but I still walked and watched what I ate. Am trying to get more of a handle on the sizes of my meals. I hate wastage and cook too much because I buy too much. Mainly vegies but I need to learn to cook what I have and not to buy extra's. Example "Ooo those capsicums are on sale, so buy them, then stuff them (Yemista) then neighbour gives me eggplant so must cook Mousaka, oh look, abit too much mince for the stuffed vegies, better make meatballs for the oven, well if I'm doing that I'll need to put some potatoes with the meatballs in the oven (Souzoukakia) then gf asks for my Spanakopita so I make extra. I seriously need to stop cooking like I'm feeding an army. So this week I'll be ysing up what's in my fridge then plan out my meals better. good luck to everyone in gere, it certainly is a winding road that we're all on
