Well, I gained a pound this week. Crap. Oh well, I will continue making the right choices and continue working out. Even though I don't see it on the scales, I feel better! I know I can do this! I want to be a good example for my kids. The one thing I really have to stop doing is cutting myself down in front of my daughter. She hears me say things like "I'm fat, This doesn't look good on my fat butt, etc" and I don't want her to think that way. Be proud of your body and if you need to change it to be healthy... just do it!

For me - it's about making choices. It's a lifestyle not a diet!

Donna, Thank you so much for the comment. You are so right. I am totally a stress eater. I am trying to do better - go for a walk, or crochet, or something - mostly drink a big glass of water and then wait a little bit. If I am still hungry, try to have a little bit of protein.
