"Silent infec8" are the worst. My weight see-saws with as much as a kilo. I suddenly jumpers 1kg. Weighed in at 62,3kg this morning. I had a dentist appointment yesterday and yes, the x-rays showed inflammation and infection. they can't give antibiotics given my medical predisposition. My hands look terrible from the chilblains/Raynaud's phenomenon. Getting through each day hour by hour is all I am focusing on. I'll give it a few days before I check in with Mr scale. Hopefully it will be a little bit of good news. I really do need a tiny victory.

keep making healthy choices...I found weighing myself once a week same time in morning after wee and before liquid intake. you can do this🤩
