NO, I don't track. Good Advice, I'll start. But I won't measure... I find that such a chore! But at least tracking will help, somewhat..I hope.

It doesn't matter if you had 100 or 150 grams of cucumber but it does matter with sweets, peanuts etc so you may just want to measure that if it's not already on the label.
