I’ve been really bummed at how much weight I’ve gained but 2 weeks ago it was even higher (77 kg). I’m trying to be more conscious of what I eat and how I treat my body. I’ve been gaining some serious muscle with dragon boat practice twice a week & dry land training. I want to trim down but not lose all the muscle I’ve built. Will try to create more realistic goals for the next few months!

try to log your food daily. stick to your calorie goals. exercise when you can. This is what I do because I'm not losing weight anymore but I have been losing inches so I know it is working. Just keep moving forward 👍 you can do it.
