I was away with family. I tried really hard to eat healthy. I have to say I am dissapointed with my weigh in, because I actually thought I did well...guess not

Do not feel despondent. That weight might be water weight depending where you are in your cycle. It will fall off after the aunt has visited.

Dear lallie. 0.5kg is NOTHING. It could literally only be water weight. Do not, EVER, beat yourself up about the weight on the scale. Rather take measurements, they are more accurate. Also, it takes time. Some days are good and some are bad, but, its the way we handle the bad days that will determine how many good days we have. The fact that you are trying is MORE than enough x
