Ate soy protein. Every time I eat soy protein, the byproducts turn into cement in my intestine... I'm guessing the weight will be down again tomorrow. I continue to be amazed at how "not hungry" I am. TAKE AWAY THE CAFFEINE, SALT AND SUGARY TASTES, and the cravings disappear. PROVIDE THE MICRO-NUTRIENTS and the cravings go away. GET TO FEEL HOW LIGHT AN EMPTY INTESTINE FEELS, and a sluggish full one feels like 'crap' (no pun intended). HMMMMMMMM............
(when I was on the PRISM diet in 1998, I was totally off sugar and I lost 60 lbs in 6 months. But the first 2 weeks were HELL. Horrible withdrawl headaches, etc. There is none of this this time. I am not even conciously staying away from certain foods... they just don't 'call my name' when I am around them...
