Still no more losses, but still no gains. It's a little discouraging, but I can't say that I'm trying as hard as I could. I've had a bit of a rough summer, but don't want to use that as an excuse. I just need to get my head back on straight. Right now, I'll definitely go for the "still no gains".

Thanks Pixi. Yes, I think that's true. I will be gone Friday, Sat. and Sun. When I get back, I'm going to try to get myself back on track. I'm so glad I have FS. Without it, I'm sure I would be gaining right now. I love my Buds!

But look how much you've lost. Thats an amazing amount of weight. Be proud of that loss. Kick up the work outs a bit, drink more water, it'll start moving again. Great luck to you.
