7 straight days of an average of 700 daily calorie deficit with 3 days of exercise. I did not completely deprive myself, bc that never works. was never completely starving. managed to make it even including froyo (2x), chik-fil-a, burritos and pizza last week. sounds like a decent diet. sure i can cut even more once my body gets more used to it.
