It's probably a fluke, but I'm down another couple of pounds. Even though I'll probably fluctuate this week, it's nice to see it in print. I've been following the diet pretty well. Truth is, I probably haven't been eating enough. It's been pretty hectic at work and hard to fit time for food in. Yesterday, I had meetings from 11:30-3:30, and I was trying to cram food in my mouth in the moments between meetings. Passed on the cookies, though (yea!). I need to do a better job of having quick foods around to eat. Otherwise, my energy levels crash in the late afternoon.
