Yesterday my diet was almost vegan, which makes me feel better, because the bottom line is to be vegan all times. I still have to find out the grams of carbs, fat and protein I should be eating. Also how do I know if I am eating enough vitamine B12 and iron? Does anyone knows?

If you feel well, you are probably getting enough of everything. If you are worried about getting enough vitamins and minerals, you could always take a multivitamin and mineral supplement, or for B12, yeast extract (do you have Marmite where you live?). Apparently broccoli and peas are also good sources.

Sorry, forgot to say, if you want to be vegan, then you need to check on the labels of any supplements that they are suitable for vegans, because some may be made using animal products. Do you have a health food store nearby? They would be able to advise.

Thank you so much. I feel a little tired but I think it is because I haven't slept properly in the last few days. I might ask to a nutricionist about the vitimins and minerals before taking any suplement.
