I have been busy planting my veggie garden. I am losing slow but that is good that way it will stay off. I hope. I keep up with your posts congrats on your son's graduation, almost done only one more to go.

Well done. Losing slowly allows you time to develop better eating habits. It took me five years (though I really just maintained for two of those years during Covid) and I know I'll never gain it back.
