Another 300 grams off today. I am excited that it's just continuously coming off.
Today, we are going to an all day concert event. Also, today is my second spike day. I will be consuming 3800 calories again, like last Saturday. I will take Wife out for a good brunch feast, and eat like a pig, and then live off unhealthy crap at the concert all day. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna enjoy that part of the deal - last Saturday was extremely uncomfortable for me.
Anyways, I can't wait to see what results the 2nd spike day will bring me. Probably not another 11 lbs in a week, but anything will do. :)

@sunsine: Thanks! There is no bigger compliment in the world. I appreciate it. @Sk1nny: Had tons of fun, even the bands that were NOT my style were pretty fun. The food was kinda meh, but I survived it. The result? Massive gain the day after, but counting on it gone in a couple of days. :)
