doing ok. I've been on my weight loss clinic program for sometime now. I haven't lost as much as my boss & coworker, but I feel good and will 'keep on keeping on' I'm putting my goal weight down to 148 I really need to be closer to the weight that I felt best at which, when I was younger, between 138 & 142 but 148 and STAY below 150 seems like that will be a good place for me to be. The biggest positive thing is that my obsessive compulsive feelings are a bit under control and that is a plus. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
