Whatever caused the energy drain seems to have passed. My team at work took the afternoon off yesterday to go have BBQ and play soccer and beach volleyball. I stayed away from the soccer but managed to do reasonably well on the volleyball court. My shoulder is a bit sore this morning (probably shouldn’t have been diving for the ball) but otherwise I feel pretty good.
