no loss. not surprised. I was in a slump for 48hrs. went back to some bad habits and physically unable to excercise so no walking. but heh! it's Friday! I had a great sleep and feel great. no aches no joint pain. no hangover. will get back onto that health wagon and see how long I can stay. I'm in a much better place mentally and physically than this time last week so I will take that bonus and move forward again.
