Thank you everyone for your support. I know 5 kg in 5 weeks sounds extreme, but I also know that the first 2-3 will drop easily for me as it is fluid. I was up to the toilet all last night After all the chamomile before bed and am down 500gm. I’m also aiming to do 10,000 steps a day instead of the slothful 2-3 I have been managing. Up early this morning and am already at 5000. So feeling positive.
