YEST: Night of 6/11, got bitten on left hand. Lots pain &itch. Benedrl 25 didnt cut it. Angie Made me take 50mg total! Also had 30 mg of po depomed. Worried no wt loss but lost some. Also had lowered HCG 2 18U. Went Home Depo, lots walking in store. No formal exercise. Friend San Martin died 6/12/15. Terrible. +BM; stayed up all night organizing triagular desk. Calories in Check.
TODAY: 18U; No sleep.lost 1.2 lbs. Will try to start fence repair 2day.
