I'm happy with this week's weight, I haven't done any exercise for 9 days, a break after 14 months of training hard and doing movement snacks almost daily, without taking a full week off, and I also ate a lot this week although I tried to make it generally healthy but there was also processed food, in the last 3 months I have gained 8 lbs but it was good, I enjoyed the food and I had better physical performance, I gained some muscle, I think the most I would be willing to gain is 10 lbs more, from there if I don't want to gain weight, for now I'm content with maintaining the weight, maybe in the future I'll try to lose it again, tomorrow I'll start training again, and my movement snacks :)
