YEST: made stuffed peppers w/ G. beef. Ok, but needs improvenent. Walked 2 blocks w/ Buddy last PM. I think I drank three bottles of H2O and 2 glasses of Tea.Ate at about 7:25pm.
TODAY: 20U; Inc H2O. Continue exercise regemin. Goal is to eat dinner by 6pm. 7:30 is last resort, not the norm.
