Down another pound. I did a bit over an hour in the gym yesterday. Really felt it. Slept in this morning. Almost down to 90 kg. I'm just four pounds above the 14 stone mark. Just a bit more than two stone to go.

Way to go another one down. You are kicking butt in the gym! I wish I had your motivation with the gym, its where i slack the most.

Hardly a machine, just doing my best to get to where I want to go. It isn't a matter of kicking butt, Zeikiya. I just want to lose weight. Going to the gym helps. The thing to do, and it isn't easy, is focus on the long term goal: where do you want to be in the next few years, not tomorrow, next week, or next month.
