I have been on the HCG diet for 8 days. I have lost 11 pounds and I have been stalled for three. I had an extra piece of protein today because I think I needed it. I am not looking forward to an all APPLE day...I'm a lioness. I would prefer to eat the side of a cow. IS there anypone else doing the HCG diet here? 

My sister did it with the drops, she lost 18kgs in two months but she has the will power of a dictator.
