Wow, what a week! I have felt so horrible this week with symptoms that include sinus congestion and a clogged ear. In this moment I did not care about my calories. So now I have gained a 1 lb. Oh well. I will lose the weight eventually. I hope everyone has a great day! ❤

OMG - I am sorry - my sinus stiff is overwhelmingly bad this year so I understand.

1 lb is not 10! You can turn this around. Check the sodium content on the soups you are eating. You will probably find that is the source of your weight gain. I DO NOT recommend "low sodium" items, as they tend to taste funny and have other additives. My recommendation is to find a good Deli that does a home made chicken soup. Usually the ingredients are more wholesome without all the added preservatives that bump up the sodium content.

Hope you feel better soon. Make you own soup, easy, economical, and you control what goes in it. canned soups are full of chemicals and lots of sodium.
